We are happy to offer online scheduling for both new and existing clients. use the “Make Appointment” button at the top of the page to see availability and book your favorite time. please note that we book several weeks in advance.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes! You may give the first of beautiful skin by contacting us or picking up a card at your next appointment.

What is the cancellation Policy?

We require 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please text or call us at 929-423-9677 a minimum of 24-hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 penalty.

What is your late arrival policy?

Arriving 15 mins after your scheduled appointment time will be deemed a “ NO SHOW” and you may be charged the cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you are running behind.

What payment methods do you accept?

Renu Wellness Club accepts all major credit cards and Renu Wellness Gift Cards.

We also accept cash, but are not able to provide any change. Checks of any kind are not accepted.
